Eight months after they started dating, Grant Troutt and Madison Prewett are now engaged. The whirlwind relationship of the Bachelor Alum and the billionaire heir began around January 2022 and by August 31 of the same year, Grant popped the question at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, which Madison accepted.

Grant Troutt and Madison Prewett Dated For 8 Months Before They Got Engaged
Although it was only in May 2022 that 27-year-old Grant and Madison, also 27, went public with their relationship, they had dated for as much 8 months before they got engaged.
The time and manner in which they met is not known, but it is believed to be sometime between December 2021 and January 2022.
Madison revealed that on their first date, both she and Grant were very nervous so much that Troutt forgot he was supposed to open the car door for her. Nonetheless, before the night was over, they were more settled as they got to realize they were what each of them wanted.
They would keep their relationship private for at least five months before they both went public with it on their separate Instagram handles.

Breaking the news to her followers on social media, the former Bachelor contestant revealed that her boyfriend led her out to the Beach where he had already had candles, flowers, and a bible with her name waiting. What was more, the ring he got for her was the ring of her dream.
A speaker and minister, Grant took to his knee to propose and Madison who had no idea of the engagement, accepted. Needless to say, Grant got her friends and family members involved in the surprise engagement.
Grant also took to his Instagram to share a photo of their engagement with the simple caption, “7.31.22. You were worth the wait.”
When Are They Getting Married?
For now, the couple is still enjoying their engagement and has not revealed anything about getting married.
However, it is believed that the lovers may not take too much time before finally tying the knot as they seem eager to spend the rest of their lives together.

Madison’s boyfriend, Grant Troutt, is a former college basketball player who now works as a speaker and minister to young athletes. A dedicated Christian, he is not as famous as his fiancee.
He was born on March 5, 1996, to American billionaire, Kenny Troutt and his wife Lisa Troutt. Grant was raised together with a sister, Savanna Troutt, and a brother, Preston Troutt.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Grant Troutt had always loved basketball since he was a child and got to play it in high school and college before he suffered a career-ending injury in 2015, bringing his lifelong aspirations of playing in the NBA to a halt.
