Alyssa was born on September 10, 1993, in the United States. Details about her childhood are not available, but it is no secret that she was brought up alongside a sister, Erin Chamberlin by her parents, Dave Ingham, and a mother whose name has not been revealed.
She is a graduate of Central Washington University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Family Studies in 2017. After that, she registered as a Behavior Technician.
