Meet Tom Weiskopf’s Wives
Born Jeanne Ruthm, Jeane became known as the first wife of the late golfer. Before their marriage, she had a career in pageantry who went on to become Miss Minnesota of 1965 and in the same year, she became a talent winner at the 1965 Miss America beauty pageant.
After her reign as Miss Minnesota, Jeanne became St. Paul Golf Classic Queen, and it was during this duty that she got t meet the man that would later become her husband, Tom in July 1966.
Jeanne and Tom were so much in love that by October of the same year, they were already married.
In 1994, Jeanne found out that she was suffering from breast cancer, Fortunately, she went through treatment and got better.
Five years after her cancer diagnosis, the couple’s marriage came to an end in 1999. They remained together for 32 years before they called it quits.
The union we blessed with two children, Heid who was an interior designer, and Eric who once played golf.

After his divorce, Tom Weiskopf remained single for 7 years before getting married to his second wife, Laurie Weiskopf.
A real estate agent, Laurie attended the North Dakota State University from 1977 to 1981. She has worked with various firms including Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty as a realtor, Realtor Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, and Sales AssociateSales Associate PureWest Christie’s at Black Bull Bozeman where she works as a Sales Associate.
Tom and Laurie got married in 2005 and they remained together for 13 years until the death of Tom from cancer.
